I hope it's enough...
The problem is that when a Super Etendard is parked the landing flaps are never extended... So it is difficult to see the retraction mechanism.
Only good in-flight photos may show the mechanism.
Those are not very good...

I think the mechanism is pretty simple and should be similar to L-39's one.. May be I am wrong..
