Help with RF Register & Yak-131 Factory No.s

Good Morning All

I have been reading the forum for a long time now, and decided to join yesterday, I keep a record of all russian built aircraft on spreadsheets for my personal use.

I have a couple of questions if I may:-

1 > How do I find the RF- Register on the web, I am told it is available online, I have found the state property website, but cannot find a list of RF- registered aircraft

2 > I am trying to produce a Yak-131 production list, but am having trouble with the factory numbers, does anybody know how the system works, for example 130.11.01-1411, how many batches of
aircraft and how many in a batch and how many batches
