Stalins invasion on VI/VII 1941 on the Germany
Hi
There is for me quite obvious big Stalin plan to invade Germany in the summer of 1941. The first day of attack was set up on 12 VI 41, and later it was removed on July 1941. Hitler had realised this deadly danger and had made premeprite attack. The main source of information about Sovite plans was German long-range reccon aviation, which observed Rossia form the air very regulary from IX 1940.
Second - Monsur had made small but very important date error. Stalin's speach to the officers was on Kreml on 5 V 1941 (not on 10V 1945), and he said this during the toasts time but not during his direct speach.
Quite many about Stalins agression plans to invade Germany in 1941 had been written by a few Russian authors (I am not thinking about Suvorov and his Icebreaker) like: Mieltiuhov- Upuszczonnyj szans Stalina or Niewiezyn, Secret Stalin's Plans - the most detailed searches from the 90-ties printed in Russia.
Yes, I am from Poland and already know a little some small part of memories of gen Dolguszin. He was also in 180. IAP and fought on Hurricanes in 180 IAP of 235. IAD over the Don bend in 1942 nad (1-st phase of Stalingard battle). He had claimed then 4-5 German planes on Hurricane, this is more interesting form me, then begining of war on East (22 VI41), :-).
BTW I have mentioned exactly him (Dolguszin) in my book Hurricane in Foreign Service (the chaper about Soviet Union use of Hurricane, page 53-54. ). The book was printed in Poland in 2001 - text is in Polish + small English summary. He was a escadrila commander in 180. IAP
So you (Vasilyi Bradov) may give him my very deep and warm kind regards (and of course add a wish of long and healthy life from him too), :-)
Regards,
