Yes it is where Colmar is located, between Mulhouse and Strasbourg. Colmar AB is the Alasacian French Air Force base. A very famous airbase in France.
The Lipetsk's Su-27 have performed their flight display the Friday September 22nd at 18h00 GMT (yesterday).
They made also a flight over Paris' suburbs, during the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Jacques Chirac in Paris.
A friend has taken a photo showing 2 Mirage F1CT and 2 Su-27.
